I mean the track of course and not Dave per se

I'm just glad I didn't have to see him in his tu-tu....

I'm (mostly) feeling a bit more alive these days and have plans!!   One of which, again from "Mike HM Murdock Duffy" is to put a backscene round 3 sides of the layout, similar to severel others on here and this would have made some of the piccys from today even better and possibly even realistic.

Plans include a low relief station building, station canopy, from plant labels and perspex that I happen to have come across, hill with possibly a stream, some lights on the bridge (stolen idea again!) and signals.   All quite exciting for a bear of very little brain.   It certainly lacks the finese of some of our more esteemed members (and Mels too) but I like it and it's just outside my back door waiting to be played with Thumbs UpReal Big Smile

Good evening all Real Big Smile   I had a bit of a Mel day today!!   Saunter to the local pub to watch Preston get beat then home to do a few jobs, play and have tea in the garden.   I really don't know how Mel manages it.   A few piccys.   I put up a new rain shelter but realized too late that it was too low to stand up under!!

So lets get this straight... you invited some girlies over to sit and eat chicken lumps (?) with token salad, while you sat under your canoe,  played trains and surveyed your empire over a beer?
