It was looking so good Richie but at least it just 'popped' forward and didn't take some of the surround with it!
I reckon you need a three point fixing for the blade so that the single bolt does take the strain on its own.

Was thinking of putting a drop of super glue on it but i then wouldn't be able to remove the plow head . Does have two grab screws to fix it on but just can't get to the other to tighting it up with a allen key will have a re thick on this .

Snow's still here so have bolted the plows blades back on for another go snow is around 6" deep so little to deep really . I tried what Spike said and changed the direction of the plow head but found it wouldn't throw the snow out . I think for my plow to work the snow needs to be about a inch deep the snow today was just too deep and compacting into a solid lump , did work well when i fed the snow into the blades blew it out nicely just need some 1:24 scale snow

I do not think that I will be able to do any better over here as its 15cm deep at present

Thanks for posting the video, Richie.  It looked pretty good for a while until Murphy got involved.  I hope that you get a lot more snow and post more videos!
 
I wish we got snow here in Northern California.  Only a light dusting about every 10 years or so.  Heck we can't even get any rain here.  Less than 3" since last July.

Many thanks George glad you enjoyed the short video was due more snow last night but we just had freezing rain . Might make a few changes to the front scope as on the video the snow was pushed over just like a wave curling instead of sliding into the rotor blades won't know if it works until it snows again . Had to wait 10 months to try the new blades and motor .
