Does anyone have one, if so how are they as a loco? And, does anyone know who sells them in this country?

I don't own one. However the only thing that someone posted about them, some time ago, was that the truck springs seem to be alittle weak. When the loco is starting or stopping, it rocks forward and back.

These have been out of production for a while and I doubt whether you will find any new ones. You missed two on Ebay form Rails of Sheffield last week. You do sometimes see them around second hand at exhibitions etc. My recommendation is to go for the NW2 which is still in production. The 20 tonner is merely a ficticious loco using the cab and front end of the hood from this loco anyway.

I have a little 20 tonner available and it can have USAT knuckles (or any other type of knuckles) put on it. If Duncan doesn't want it, does any one else wants to give the little 'un a home.

No it is the short hood and cab section of an RS3. The Aristo centre cab switcher is actually a double ended little critter !

Aw, don't you go upsetting the little fella saying he's not a proper loco, might have to go give him a run out now!
Charles Dickens once wrote; "It is a far, far better thing" then spoilt it by continuing!
