The original MAK loco was regauged from its original 860mm to 1000mm for use on the Brohltalbahn and RhB. It still runs on the RhB.

The original was never a DB loco.
 
This is number 241 in the RhB fleet. It was rebuilt with a Cummins engine in the '90s.
