I have been testing a clear 5mm polycarbonate radius three template on my railway and was impressed by its excellent quality. It is laser cut for precision and is available in different radii and a straight.

Being clear it is easy to check track is correct and its design enables you to slide it easily around the track being laid for accuracy of radius. Then pin track down if required. It is sturdy and should last a lifetime in normal use.

The templates are marked with gauge and radius to avoid any confusion. They have been designed in the UK and manufactured in the USA
